Evening all,

To start on a positive, it has been truly humbling to see your commitment to our club in recent weeks. An overwhelming response to a suggestion from on of our members to Adopt -a- hole has seen members from all playing groups pick up the tools and work shoulder to shoulder.

What you have all achieved in this short time is astounding, I sincerely thank you. It means a lot. But please don’t ruin yourselves, work to your capacity.

The pressure for tee times at the moment is intense. We get it, you want to play golf- it is safe, and gets you out of the house. We love it too.

Firstly, we are operating under stricter guidlenes which affects you being able to access preferred times. There are finite times. Eg. We have 290 x 7 day members and up to 140 comp times. Public can book aoutside of the designated member tee times. This is looking like a very small number so please no going crazy, this business requires a balance in market segments, (Ie,  mix of members and public. ) now more than ever. 

We are operating 5 minute intervals which is allowing us to have more members on course, however you may be experiencing bottle necks. Be calm. Chill out. You are playing golf. Other courses are 6-8 minute intervals so less of you would be able to play. We are trying our hardest to accommodate you all within government parameters.

Unfortunately some will miss out, everyone has the same opportunity to book. The Waitlist will be activated after the tee sheet is opened to avoid people taking short cuts. Equity in booking availability is essential. Up until now, many of you havent been here all at once, so the number equation no longer balances. Please be patient and understanding.

Please be respectful to our staff. Agression will not be tolerated. It’s a game of golf!!

Comp times at the moment run Tues/Thurs/Sat as previously communicated. Last tee time- 12pm as we are managing staffing levels on a reduced team.

Bear with us, as we are able to re-engage our team and we will endeavor to extend competition times. We will communicate such.

COMP TIMES:

TUES: 7AM -12PM
THURS: 7AM -12PM
SAT: 7AM -12PM
