If the item is returned, unopened, in the original packaging, we will gladly exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.\u00a0<strong><u>ONLINE BOOKING TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<strong><u>CONFIRMATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful online bookings receive an automatic confirmation via email. No further confirmation is required.<\/li>\n<li>The internet booking system is directly linked to the reservation software, and the customer will only be contacted further if a Links Golf &amp; Wellbeing staff member has a query regarding the booking.<\/li>\n<li>If a confirmation email is not received, the customer must check that the email details they have entered are correct.<\/li>\n<li>Queries, questions or problems with the Links Golf &amp; Wellbeing Booking System should be made by calling the Golf Shop on (07) 5530 9033 or by sending a detailed email to:\u00a0golfshop@linkshopeisland.com.au<\/li>\n<li>Links Golf &amp; Wellbeing reserves the right to alter tee times without notice due to circumstances outside of Links Golf &amp; Wellbeing\u2019 control e.g. adverse weather conditions, slow play, course renovations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>TEE TIME MODIFICATIONS &amp; CANCELLATION POLICY<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bookings cannot be modified online. Modifications to tee times can be made by calling the Golf Shop on (07) 5530 9033 or by sending a detailed email to:\u00a0golfshop@linkshopeisland.com.au<\/li>\n<li>In these circumstances no guarantee can be given for the requested date\/time.<\/li>\n<li>Should the customer not be able to confirm a re-scheduled tee time, a \u2018Refund Voucher\u2019 will be provided.<\/li>\n<li>\u2018Refund Voucher\u2019 are for TEE TIMES ONLY.<\/li>\n<li>To redeem the \u2018Refund Voucher\u2019 the customer is required to reschedule the tee times within 12 months of the original booking date.<\/li>\n<li>\u2019Refund Voucher\u2019 must be used in full before the expiry date, partial \u2018Refund Voucher\u2019 will not be re-issued.<\/li>\n<li>The total &#8216;Refund Voucher&#8217; credit must be used in one transaction. If redeemed for Green Fees, the remainder of the balance must be used towards Golf Shop merchandise on the day of play.<\/li>\n<li>If a &#8216;Refund Voucher&#8217; is used to book more than 30 days from the original booking, a full credit card refund cannot be provided if requested. A new &#8216;Refund Voucher&#8217; will be provided with an expiration date of 12 months from the original booking.<\/li>\n<li>Should a player or players of a prepaid group be unable to play at the booked time, the following policy will apply:\n<ul>\n<li>If advised at least 1 week prior to the booking date, a full \u2018Refund Voucher\u2019 will be provided.<\/li>\n<li>If advised within 7 days of the booking date (but not within 48 hours), a 50% \u2018Refund Voucher\u2019 will be provided.<\/li>\n<li>If advised within 48 hours or NO SHOW for booking, no \u2018Refund Voucher\u2019 will be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Full refunds to the original credit card used to secure the booking can be provided if making a cancellation prior to 30 days of your booking date. Requests for full refunds must be emailed to:\u00a0golfshop@linkshopeisland.com.au<\/li>\n<li>Check in at the Golf Shop is required a minimum of 30 minutes before the booked tee time. Play cannot be guaranteed for a late check in. In this event a \u2018Refund Voucher\u2019 will not be given.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of course closure, a refund will only be paid to the original credit card used to secure the booking. In the event of a refund the credit card details must be supplied.<\/li>\n<li>After the confirmation of credit card details, refunds will be issued within 7 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>RAIN CHECK VOUCHER<\/u>\u00a0In the event the golf course is deemed unplayable during play by Management, Links Golf &amp; Wellbeing will issue a \u2018Rain Check Voucher\u2019. A \u2018Rain Check Voucher\u2019 can only be issued with the Club Manager\u2019s approval, in the absence of the Club Manager the Golf Executive or Golf Services Supervisor will be authorised to give approval. A \u2018Rain Check voucher\u2019 will not be issued when Links Golf &amp; Wellbeing staff have informed players of the condition of the golf course prior to teeing off. \u2018Rain Check Vouchers\u2019 will be issued based on the number of holes played;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>6 holes or less = 18 Hole Rain Check voucher<\/li>\n<li>7 \u2013 12 holes = 9 Hole Rain Check voucher<\/li>\n<li>13 holes or more = NO Rain Check Voucher<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><u>PRICING\u00a0<\/u>All prices shown are the total price in Australian Dollars for the goods\/services being provided and are inclusive of a Goods &amp;
