Over the past number of years we have suffered disease during summer in a couple of greens – particularly the 2nd & 8th greens being the worst effected. <\/p>\n
We have been planning for the resurface of these greens in this financial year so we can improve the quality of course and playing surfaces long term. The green side bunker on the 2nd will also be rebuilt at this time. <\/p>\n
We are scheduling the 2nd hole to commence works following the Club Championships. Whilst it has been very difficult financially without the wholesale and corporate business we usually enjoy at this time of year, we see this as a good opportunity to complete these works with the least disruption. <\/p>\n
During this period, 12A will be back in play and the course rating and par will be adjusted accordingly. <\/p>\n
Regarding the redesign of the Driving Range and 9th Hole, we are still delayed at Council with the flood modelling however feel confident that this will be passed soon. With all things even, we will look to start late Spring\/Early Summer. <\/p>\n
