{"id":8969,"date":"2022-03-18T13:32:33","date_gmt":"2022-03-18T03:32:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.linkshopeisland.com.au\/cms\/?p=8969"},"modified":"2023-06-20T06:48:32","modified_gmt":"2023-06-20T06:48:32","slug":"qld-state-senior-mid-week-pennant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/linkshopeisland.miclub.com.au\/cms\/2022\/03\/qld-state-senior-mid-week-pennant\/","title":{"rendered":"QLD State Senior Mid-Week Pennant ENTRIES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">NEW MID-WEEK PENNANT SERIES TO COMMENCE<\/h3>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">QLD State Senior Mid-Week Pennant<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Commencing late April 2022, concluding August.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The Event<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The event will be a round robin between teams representing Golf Clubs from the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas (max of 18 teams).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">All matches will be played mid-week, on a home and away basis<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Clubs will be divided into pools so as to minimize travel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">ALL PLAYERS MUST BE OVER 55yrs of age and the team must include 2 players over 60.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Finer Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Max GA H\/cap is 18 (if your H\/cap is greater than 18 you must play off 18)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">8 players per team<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The winning teams from each pool play for the Qld Title<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A player must play at least 2 matches to play in the final<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Format<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">For each round, 4 of the matches will be played \u201coff the stick\u201d and 2 matches will be 4BBB H\/cap matchplay<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">2 VOLUNTEERS Managers will be required to select team and organise matches.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Please leave your expression of interest in this event at the Pro Shop by April 1, 2022<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEW MID-WEEK PENNANT SERIES TO COMMENCE QLD State Senior Mid-Week Pennant Commencing late April 2022, concluding August. &nbsp;
